Indicted Attorney General Ken Paxton’s Attacks on Women’s Health Draw Republican Scrutiny

Justin Nelson made the following comments regarding Ken Paxton’s inaccurate statements about Texas’s women’s health programs and the response by Rep. Sarah Davis.

“Once again, Indicted Ken Paxton is spreading false information. First, it was on the Austin bombings. Now it’s on women’s health issues. Ken Paxton has been so distracted by his grand jury indictment for criminal fraud that he can’t learn basic facts. It’s an embarrassment. Sarah Davis is right to call him out. We need a Texas Attorney General who will work with all Texans and not push an extreme partisan agenda.”
